Nothing ever happened to make our lives better without a dream. The houses we live in, the cars we drive, the clothes we wear, the foods we eat, the peace, harmony, and all that we enjoy, all once were dreams in the mind of people who made it their life’s mission to reinvent our environment.
Nature gave us caves, but to live better lives, we built houses. Nature gave us fruits and vegetables, but to live in abundance, we cultivated farms. Nature gave us a voice, but to speak better, we built the Internet. Nature has given us life, but to live better, we must dream.
Without dreams, we are as common creatures, ignorant of how to subdue our environment, and as important as dreams are to our lives, most of us as humans do not have dreams. We have expectations but not dreams. We expect a good life, a good job, good health, wealth, security, faithful friends and much more, and we expect someone should take responsibility for making it happen, either the government, the president, our pastor, imam, priest, parents, guardians, or God. We are unaware that good things come from the responsibility of dreaming. Every living person ought to have a dream.
The question here then we must answer is this. How do we get seven billion people living on a planet, to dream, who do not as much as understand the meaning of the word?
