The Challenge.

Our challenge is to design a system for achieving a utopia in a country. The tools at our disposal are the presently twenty-eight cultures of faith.

The total number of cultures is subject to our observations. We can reclassify a culture with decreasing workloads or decreased participation by citizens, into a subculture, and we can split a culture with increasing workloads or increased participation by citizens, into two new cultures.

The Strategy.

We are deriving a major system, with the cultures of faith serving as its minor systems. Our strategy is to direct each minor system to create sub-systems within its culture, necessary to bring the utopia to fruition. We can, at any time, change strategy.

The directives we give the cultures will serve as the constitution for the utopia. Each culture will receive their directives in the constitution, subject to amendments.

The Big Three.

The cultures of Mathematics, Philosophy, and Theology will serve as the officiating faculties, to approve of the final constitution design, also all future amendments. The foundation for a utopia is knowledge, the conclusion being higher intelligence. Any directives we give the cultures of faith, inconsistent with improving our collective human intelligence, will fail the approval of the officiating faculties.

The Draft.

We will start the constitution design with the following draft, to modify, restructure, or rearrange it. We are welcome, at any time, to start a new draft from scratch. It however must base on the cultures of faith.

We will pace our work. Time is not of the essence.
