RENDITIONS.

We will hereby refer to all creations, inventions, innovations, services, products, gadgetries, policies, projects, or theorems, rendered to the public by all cultures, citizens, and entities of the utopia, as Renditions.

 

CORRUPTION.

We will hereby refer to every fault, shortfall, defect, disappointment, failure, inefficiency, deficiency, or collapse of a rendition, as corruption.

 

DIRECTIVE.

All cultures are responsible for both setting a standard and regulating the quality of their renditions. Any corruption will invoke THE CONSEQUENCES ACT.

 

THE CONSEQUENCES ACT.

ACT 1.
All citizens collectively are responsible for the success or failure of all renditions due their cultures. All citizens in a culture are unanimously liable for failed or unsatisfactory renditions carried out by their leaders in their local or federal senates. The citizens of a culture, collectively will bear the burdens of punishments or fines on all renditions of poor or unsatisfactory qualities due their culture.

ACT 2.
Any citizen or entity of the utopia affected by corruption, in or out of line of duty, automatically qualifies for a reimbursement of their expenditures, also a compensation fee for time wasted and effort frustrated in the course of engaging or utilizing a rendition. The reimbursement and compensation fees would come from either the citizen, citizens, or entities guilty of corruption, or the entire citizens of the culture, being responsible for poor renditions. The citizens of each culture, with the backing of the culture of Law & Order, are responsible for policing each other for failed or unsatisfactory renditions.
